i just solved the big problem in in3ds max if some have same then here is solution.
if use have installed thinking particle and physx plugin in max 2012 . then your simulations won't work .you will get unknown system exception error . then here is solution"
replece the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\PhysXCooking64.dll by the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\stdplugs\PhysX_2.8.4\PhysXCooking64.dll, and Physx will works in massFx and TP, . i hope max user will find it usefull.
